150 g Linsen
Salz
1 Zwiebel
2 Knoblauchzehen
2 Auberginen
1/2 c Gemüsebrühe
50 g Kapern
150 g Weinbeeren
6 tb Balsamico
2 tb Zucker
Salz, Pfeffer
1 Lorbeerblatt
50 g Pinienkerne

Linsen zwei Stunden einweichen. In Salzwasser 20 Minuten (nicht zu weich)
kochen. Abtropfen lassen. Zwiebel und Knoblauch schälen und würfeln.
Auberginen ebenfalls würfeln. Alles in heißem Olivenöl andünsten.
Gemüsebrühe angießen. Kapern, Weinbeeren, Essig, Zucker, Salz, Pfeffer und
Lorbeerblatt zufügen. 15 Minuten dünsten, Linsen zugeben und alles nochmal
aufkochen. Lorbeerblatt entfernen. Pinienkerne trocken anrösten, zu den
Auberginen geben.
