8 Bratwürste, grob ungebrüht
2 tb Öl

FüR DAS GEMüSE


700 g Möhren,
3 Zwiebeln (150 g)
3 Äpfel (600 g)
1 Zitrone (Saft)
20 g Butter oder Margarine
1/8 l Brühe (Instant)
Salz
Pfeffer
Zimt

Zuerst für das Gemüse Möhren waschen, schälen und in Scheiben
schneiden. Zwiebeln abziehen, würfeln. Äpfel nach Wunsch schälen,
halbieren und das Kerngehäuse entfernen. Äpfel in Spalten schneiden,
mit Zitronensaft beträufeln. Zwiebeln und Möhren im heißen Fett
andünsten. Brühe angießen, würzen und ca. 15 Minuten dünsten. Äpfel
nach 10 Minuten zum Gemüse geben. Kräftig abschmecken. Bratwürste im
heißen Öl ca. 10 Minuten braten. Alles zusammen anrichten.
