500 g Blattspinat
1 Knoblauchzehe
1 Zwiebel
5 tb Oel
200 g Schafskaese
400 g Yufka-Teigplatten; Gibt es
-- beim Tuerken


Spinat putzen, waschen und abtropfen lassen. Knoblauch und Zwiebel fein
hacken. In einem El. Oel anduensten. Spinat zufuegen und zusammenfallen
lassen. Abtropfen und etwas auskuehlen lassen. Kaese wuerfeln und unter-
heben.

Jeweils zwei Teigdreiecke uebereinander legen. Ein El. Spinat-Kaese-Mischung
daraufgeben. Ecken zur Mitte zusammenklappen. Teigspitze innen mit Wasser
bepinseln. Teig aufrollen und die Spitze andruecken. Restliches Oel in
einer Pfanne erhitzen. Rollen darin goldbraun backen. Dazu schmeckt
Tomaten-Gurken-Salat.
