Bohnen-Tomaten-Gemüse

Menge: 2 Portionen

250 g Bohnen
250 g Tomaten
1 Zwiebel
3 tb Öl
Salz
Pfeffer

Bohnen fädeln, waschen und in Stücke brechen. 3 Minuten in kochendes Wasser
geben. Abtropfen lassen. Tomaten mit kochendem Wasser übergießen, häuten und
in Stücke schneiden. Stengelansätze entfernen. Zwiebeln schälen und
feinhacken. Öl in einem Topf erhitzen. Zwiebeln hineingeben und glasig werden
lassen. Tomaten und Bohnen dazugeben. Alles zugedeckt bei mittlerer Hitze ca.
25-30 Minuten garen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
