200 g Weisse, getrocknete Bohnen
1 l ;Wasser
1 kg Zwiebeln
3 tb Oel
;Salz, Pfeffer, Paprika

Bohnen 24 Std. in Wasser einweichen, danach mit einer Zwiebel zusammen
garkochen. Die anderen Zwiebeln fein schneiden. In heissem Oel
anduensten. In eine Auflaufform schichtweise Bohnen und Zwiebeln
fuellen, vom Bohnenwasser dazugeben, bis die Form zu einem Drittel
gefuellt ist.

Jede Schicht wuerzen. Im Ofen bei 200 GradC backen, bis das Wasser
verzogen ist.

Dazu: Hackfleisch.
