800 g Brokkoli
100 ml Wasser
1/2 ts Salz
1/2 ts Gemuesebruehe (Instant)
1 Msp. Muskatnuss
1/4 l Milch
3 ts Hirsemehl
150 g Kraeuterfrischkaese
60 g Geriebener Gouda
1 bn Petersilie


Fuer die Familie: Mikrowellenrezept

In der Mikrowelle garen Brokkoliroeschen besonders schonend. In
Kombination mit Milch und Kaese sind sie eine gesunde Grundlage fuer
eine vegetarische Mahlzeit. Denn Milch und Kaese liefern tierisches
Eiweiss, das sich mit Kartoffeleiweiss aus der Beilage ideal ergaenzt.
Hirse liefert zusaetzlich Eisen, das durch Vitamin C im Brokkoli
besser verwertet wird.

Brokkoli waschen und putzen. Roeschen abtrennen, die Stiele
kleinschneiden. In einer grossen Mikrowellenschuessel mit Wasser, Salz,
Gemuesebruehe und Muskat abgedeckt bei 600 Watt 10 Minuten garen, dabei
zwischendurch umruehren. Inzwischen die Petersilie waschen und
feinhacken, die Milch mit Hirsemehl mischen. Kraeuterfrischkaese samt
Gouda unter die Milch mischen. Diese Mischung zum Brokkoligemuese
geben. Die Schuessel wieder abdecken und bei 600 Watt 15 Minuten
erhitzen, bis die Sauce einmal aufkocht. Zwischendurch ein- bis
zweimal umruehren. Dazu passen Pellkartoffeln oder Reis.

Tip:
Hirse enthaelt keinen "Kleber" wie Weizen und klumpt deshalb nicht. Sie
koennen damit prima Saucen ohne Kluempchen binden. Das ist wichtig,
weil man beim Kochen in der Mikrowelle das Gericht nicht staendig
umruehren kann.
