1 Chinakohl; ca. 750g/Stueck
; Speisesalz
125 ml Schlagsahne
100 g Haferflocken
1 Knoblauchzehe; gehackt
100 g Gouda-Kaese
1 bn Petersilie; gehackt
; schwarzer Pfeffer a.d.M.
1/8 l Gemuesebruehe; Instant

Den Chinakohl halbieren, Strunk entfernen. Kohl in etwas Salzwasser 2
Minuten duensten. Abtropfen lassen und mit der Schnittseite nach oben in eine
gefettete Auflaufform legen.

Sahne kurz aufkochen lassen. Haferflocken hinzufuegen und kurz ziehen lassen.
Knoblauch zusammen mit dem Kaese und der gehackten Petersilie hinzufuegen.
Masse mit Salz sowie Pfeffer wuerzen und auf dem Chinakohl verteilen.

Mit Gemuesebruehe angiessen und den Chinakohl im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 220
Grad 25 Minuten ueberbacken.
