Menge: 4 Portionen

100 g Schalotten
1 Kopfsalat
30 g Butter o. Margarine
10 g ;Zucker; b.Bedarf mehr
300 g TK-Erbsen
;Salz + Pfeffer a.d.M

Die Schalotten pellen, die groesseren halbieren. Den Kopfsalat vierteln,
waschen, in Streifen schneiden und gut abtropfen lassen.

Die Butter oder Margarine in einem offenen Topf bei 600Watt 1Min. zerlassen.

Die Schalotten zugeben, mit Zucker wuerzen, alles miteinander verruehren und
im offenen Topf bei 600Watt 2Min. garen.

Dann die Salatstreifen und die Erbsen direkt aus der Packung dazugeben. Den
Topf schliessen und alles bei 600Watt 5Min. garen, dann mit Salz und Pfeffer
wuerzen.
