Fagioli al fiasco Bohnen aus der Chianti-Flasche

2 Knoblauchzehen
6 Salbeiblaetter sollten
- moeglichst frisch sein
1 getrocknete Chilischote
wer's scharf mag auch 2 oder

1/2 l Wasser
50 cb Olivenoel
Salz
500 g weisse Bohnen


Die Bohnen ueber Nacht in kaltem Wasser einweichen (natuerlich nur,
wenn sie getrocknet waren). Das Wasser abgiessen. Die Chilischote
halbieren und die Kerne entfernen. Die gepellten Knoblauchzehen, die
Salbeiblaetter und die Chilischote zusammen mit den Bohnen in eine leere,
saubere Chiantiflasche fuellen. Man kann natuerlich auch andere Glasflaschen
nehmen. Dazu etwas Salz, das Olivenoel und ca. einen halben Liter Wasser in
die Flasche geben. Die Flasche mit einem Stoffpfropfen oder Leinentuch
locker zustoepseln, so dass der Wasserdampf entweichen kann (Sonst gibt's ein
Fiasco !). Die Flasche in einen Backofen stellen und bei 120 Grad Celsius
(Gas 1) ca. 3 Stunden garen. Eventuell zwischendurch etwas heisses Wasser
in die Flasche nachgiessen, falls das Wasser schon vor Ende der Garzeit
verdampft sein sollte. Am Ende der Garzeit darf kein Wasser mehr in der
Flasche sein.

Vor dem Servieren noch etwas Olivenoel ueber die Bohnen geben.

Tip: Die Temperatur kann auch auf 100 Grad Celsius gesenkt werden. Dann
brauchen die Bohnen so ca. 4 h, schmecken dann noch besser.
