1 lg Fenchelknolle
2 Tomaten
20 g Butter
1 tb Sahne

Geputzte Fenchelknolle in feine Streifen schneiden. Tomaten
überbrühen, häuten, halbieren, Kerne entfernen, in Würfel
schneiden. Butter im Topf zerlaufen lassen, die Fenchelstreifen
darin auf 2 oder Automatik-Kochplatte 4 - 5 glasig dünsten, dann
die Tomatenwürfel zugeben. Mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen, Sahne
einrühren, weitere 2 - 3 Minuten dünsten. Zum Servieren mit etwas
gehacktem Fenchelgrün bestreuen.
