3 tb Semmelbroesel
Salz
Pfeffer
Fritierfett

Brokkoli waschen, in Roeschen teilen, in sprudelndem Salzwasser ca. 5
Minuten kochen. Gut abtropfen lassen.

Die Semmelbroesel in einen Teller geben, mit Salz und Pfeffer
vermischen. Das Ei in einen anderen Teller geben und verruehren.

Einen flachen Topf Fritierfett auf 180 Grad erhitzen. Nicht zu viel
Fett verwenden, der Boden sollte maximal 2 cm hoch mit Fett bedeckt
sein. Jedes Brokkoliroeschen am Stiel festhalten, mit dem Kopf zuerst
in die Eimischung, dann in die Semmelbroesel tauchen und im Fett
herausbacken. Auf Kuechenpapier etwas abtropfen lassen.
