Gebackene Käsekartoffeln mit Kümmel

1.5 kg festkochende neue Kartoffeln
5 O g Butter
1 ts Kuemmel
15 O g Kuemmelkaese
Salz

Kartoffeln unter fliessendem Wasser schaben. Der Laenge nach in dichten
Abstaenden so tief einschneiden, dass sie unten gerade noch
zusammenhalten. Butter schmelzen, Kartoffeln rundherum damit
bepinseln und in eine flache hitzebestaendige Form setzen. Mit Salz
und Kuemmel bestreut bei 225GradC im Backofen 35 Minuten garen. Mit
restlicher Butter bestreichen und mit geriebenen Kuemmelkaese
bestreuen. Im Backofen weitere 15 Minuten ueberbacken.
