2 Eigelb
100 g Reibkaese
gehackter Schnittlauch
Salz
Pfeffer
2 Eiweiss
Semmelmehl
Oel zum Backen

Kuerbis vorbereiten, in gleichmaessig grosse Scheiben
schneiden, leicht salzen, etwas ziehen lassen und abtrocknen. Sahne
mit Eigelb, Kaese, Schnittlauch, Salz und Pfeffer verruehren, die
Kuerbisscheiben damit auf einer Seite dick bestreichen,
zusammensetzen, in verschlagenem Eiweiss und Semmelmehl wenden und in
heissem Oel goldgelb backen.
