1 kg Weißkohl
30 g Butter oder Margarine
1/4 l lnstant-Hühnerbrühe
150 g Creme fraîche
Salz
Pfeffer
Kümmel
100 g Bacon (Frühstücksspeck)
1 tb Sossenbinder
1 bn glatte Petersilie

Weißkohlviertel im heißen Fett andünsten. Brühe, Creme fraîche und
Gewürze zugeben, ca. 25 Minuten garen. Baconstreifen knusprig braten.
Kohlviertel herausnehmen, warm stellen. Fond aufkochen, binden und
abschmecken. Bacon zum Weißkohl geben, Soße dazu reichen. Mit Petersilie
anrichten.

Dazu: Bratwurst und Butterkartoffeln.
Pro Person ca. 400 kcal (1680 kJ)
Zubereitungszeit: ca. 45 Minuten.
