4 Fleischtomaten
150 g Mettwurst
200 g Schafskäse
1 bn Frühlingszwiebeln
80 g schwarze Oliven
2 tb Weißweinessig
Salz
Pfeffer
4 tb Öl

Von den Tomaten das obere Drittel als Deckel abschneiden.
Fruchtfleisch mit einem Löffel herauslösen und durch ein Sieb
streichen.

Wurst und Käse in kleine Würfel, Zwiebeln in Ringe, entsteinte
Oliven in Viertel schneiden.

Tomatenfruchtfleisch mit Essig, Salz, Pfeffer und Öl verrühren.
Wurst, Käse, Zwiebeln und Oliven mit der Soße mischen, in die Tomaten
füllen und Deckel auflegen.
