1/2 bn gemischte Kraeuter
(Petersilie, Schnittlauch,
- Basilikum,
Thymian, Rosmarin)
2 tb Walnussoel
4 tb neutrales Pflanzenoel
Salz
schwarzer Pfeffer
1 Zehe Knoblauch
1 sm Aubergine (etwa 350 g)
1 gelbe Paprikaschote (etwa
- 150 g)
300 g Zucchini
16 sm Champignons


Grillen ist eine gesunde, fettarme Garmethode. Damit sich keine
krebserregenden Stoffe bilden koennen, am besten einen Vertikalgrill
benutzen: Das Grillgut verkohlt nicht so leicht, da keine Flammen
ueberspringen koennen. Wer ueber der Glut grillt, sollte Grillschalen
aus Alu verwenden: auch die schuetzen Fleisch oder Fisch vorm
Verbrennen.

Kraeuter waschen, trockentupfen, Blaettchen von den Stielen zupfen und
fein- hacken. Aus oel, Salz, Pfeffer und Kraeutern eine Marinade
herstellen, Knoblauch pellen und mit einer Presse in die Marinade
druecken. Aubergine waschen, Stielansatz entfernen, Aubergine in 2 x 2
cm grosse Wuerfel schneiden. Paprika vierteln, Trennhaeutchen und Kerne
gruendlich entfernen, Paprika waschen. Die Viertel in Wuerfel von etwas
3 cm Kantenlaenge schneiden. Zucchini waschen, Stiel und Bluetenansatz
entfernen, Zucchini in etwa 2 cm breite Scheiben schneiden.
Champignons waschen und putzen. Gemuese in die Marinade legen und fuer
etwa 1 1/2 Stunden kuehl stellen. Gemuese aufspiessen und (am besten
auf einer Grillschale) unter mehrmaligem Wenden grillen - je nach
Staerke der Glut - bis es gar ist. (Pro Spiess etwa 90 kcal.)
