Maiskolben - wenn nötig - entblättern. 4 Stücke Alufolie mit Butter einfetten.
Kolben darin einwickeln. Auf dem Grill bei mittelheißer Glut 15-20 Minuten
grillen. Mehrmals wenden. Auswickeln,aufspießen, salzen, mit Butter
bestreichen oder gesalzene Dillbutter draufgeben.
Oder: Äußere Maisblätter lockern,zurückbiegen, innere seidige Blätter
entfernen, Außenblätter wieder an die Kolben drücken, an der Spitze
zusammenbinden. 10 Minuten in kaltes Wasser legen. 15-20 Minuten grillen.
Wie oben essen.
