1 sm Knolle Fenchel (ca. 350 g)
1 sm Knolle Rote Bete (ca. 150 g)
350 g Kartoffeln
100 g Putenbrust
1 pn Kuemmel
1/4 l Wasser
5 tb Butter oder Keimoel


Fuer Babys und Kleinkinder: Mittagsbrei zum Einfrieren

Im Herbst gibt es eine Menge Gemuesesorten, die Ihr Kind besonders gut
vertraegt. Bereiten Sie eine groessere Menge zu und frieren Sie sie dann
portionsweise ein. So nutzen Sie das jetzt so preiswerte und gute
Angebot an frischem Gemuese und haben eine gesunde Mahlzeit zur Hand,
wenn Sie es besonders eilig haben. Im Tiefkuehlfach bleibt der
Gemuesebrei mindestens zwei Monate frisch. Jeweils 1 EL Fett pro
Portion erst nach dem Aufwaermen zugeben. Dann bleiben die Vitamine am
besten erhalten.

Die Zutaten reichen fuer 4 bis 6 Babyportionen.
Fenchel und Rote Bete waschen. Dunkle Stellen vom Fenchel abschneiden
und die Knolle kleinschneiden. Zarte, gruene Blattspitzen ebenfalls
verwenden. Die Rote Bete schaelen (am besten mit Kuechenhandschuhen:
Rote-Bete-Saft faerbt stark) und in kleine Wuerfel schneiden.
Kartoffeln waschen, schaelen und ebenfalls wuerfeln. Putenbrust in
duenne Streifen schneiden. Gemuese, Kartoffeln und Fleisch zusammen mit
dem Wasser zum Kochen bringen, dann etwa 15 Minuten bei geschlossenem
Deckel leise koecheln lassen. Den Eintopf in einem Mixer feinpuerieren.

Tip:
Eine Suppe fuer Erwachsene wird daraus, wenn Sie salzen, pfeffern und
statt Butter oder Oel 2 EL Creme fraiche unterziehen.
