1 tb Semmelbroesel

Pfeffer
Muskatnuss

Semmeln kleinwuerfeln, Eier trennen, Semmel in lauwarmer Milch einweichen,
Eidotter daruebergeben, mit Salz, Pfeffer und Muskat wuerzen, Semmelbroesel
dazugeben (die Menge richtet sich nach der Groesse der Eier). Das
Suppengemuese dazu und den steif geschlagenen Eischnee. Alles
zusammenmischen, zu einem laenglichen Strang formen, in ein Geschirrtuch
wickeln und verschnueren. Ca. 40 Minuten in Wasser koecheln lassen.
Die Knoedel eignen sich als Beilage zu gemischtem Braten.
