Gemüsetatar auf Mozarella

Menge: 6 Portionen

3 gr. Fleischtomaten
1 Stange Staudensellerie
1 kl. Zucchini
8 Basilikumblätter
2 Mayonnaise (80%)
Salz
Pfeffer
300 g Mozzarella
4 Basilikumöl

Fleischtomaten kreuzweise einritzen, mit kochendem Wasser überbrühen,
abschrecken, die Haut abziehen. 2 Tomaten quer in 8 Scheiben schneiden
und auf einer Servierplatte verteilen.

Restliche Tomaten vierteln, entkernen und in feine Würfel schneiden.
Staudensellerie und Zucchini ebenfalls sehr fein würfeln. Basilikum im
Universalzerkleinerer fein hacken und mit den Gemüsen und der Mayonnaise
verrühren. Mit Salz und Pfeffer pikant abschmecken.

Mozzarella in 8 Scheiben schneiden, mit Basilikumöl beträufeln und auf
die Tomatenscheiben legen. Das Gemüsetatar gleichmäßig darauf verteilen.
