3 Zwiebeln
1 Salatgurke
2 tb Oel
350 g Gemischtes Hack
;Salz
;Zucker
200 ml Gemuesefond a.d.Glas
2 ts Essig
1 Bd. Dill
1 ts Speisestaerke

Zwiebeln pellen und wuerfeln. Gurke schaelen, entkernen und in dicke
Scheiben schneiden. Oel erhitzen, Hack und Zwiebeln braun anbraten.
Gurken dazugeben und anbraten, herzhaft mit Salz und Zucker wuerzen.
Mit Fond und Essig 7 Minuten offen schmoren. Den Dill hacken. Staerke
in wenig kaltem Wasser aufloesen, dazugiessen und 1 Min. kochen. Dill
unterruehren. Dazu Pellkartoffeln servieren.
