Menge: 4 Portionen

500 g frische gruene Bohnen
1/4 l Tomatensaft
50 ml Olivenoel
3 Knoblauchzehen, gepresst
3 Tomaten, geviertelt
1 Zwiebel, feingehackt
1 bn Petersilie, gehackt
Oregano
Paprika
Salz
Pfeffer

Die geputzten Bohnen in 5 cm lange Scheiben schneiden, im Tomatensaft gar
duensten, Tomaten, Zwiebel, Petersilie und Oregano halbgar duensten. Mit den
halbgaren Bohnen vermischen, mit Salz, Pfeffer und Paprika abschmecken und
ca. 5 Minuten weiter garen.
