Gruenkern in einem grossen Topf in heissem Fett unter Ruehren kurz
anduensten. Zwiebeln abziehen, wuerfeln und zufuegen. Glasig werden
lassen und die Tomaten mit der Fluessigkeit zugeben. Bei mittlere
Hitze zum Kochen bringen. Inzwischen Moehren und Sellerie schaelen
und wuerfeln. Porree putzen, waschen und in Ringe schneiden. Das
Gemuese mit Lorbeerblaettern, Oregano und Salz zum Gruenkern in den
Topf geben. Bei kleiner Hitze im geschlossenen Topf eine bis
eineinhalb Stunden garen.
