Menge: 1-2 Portionen

1 -2 Gemuesegurken
150 g Speck
3 tb Creme fraiche
150 g geriebenen Kaese
Salbei (oder Basilikum)
Knoblauch
Salz
Pfeffer

Gurken in dickere Scheiben schneiden. Speck anbraten und Gurken darin
etwas anbraten. Gewuerze dazugeben und mit Deckel 10 Minuten schmoren
lassen.

Masse in eine feuerfeste Form umfuellen, etwas Creme fraiche
unterruehren und mit Kaese bestreuen. In der Mikrowelle mit Grill
bei 600 Watt und Grill Stufe 3 noch 3 Minuten braeunen lassen.

Tips: Schmeckt gut zu Fleisch, aber auch einfach so mit Baguette.
