150 g Möhren
200 g Kartoffeln

1 tb Mehl
Salz
Pfeffer

Quark

500 g Magerquark
75 ml Schlagsahne
1 Knoblauchzehe
1 bn Petersilie
1 bn Schnittlauch
Kresse

Zucchini putzen, Möhren und Kartoffeln schälen. Alles waschen und fein
reiben. Ei und Mehl unterrühren. Mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen. Im heißen Öl
nacheinander 12 Puffer braten.

Für den Quark Magerquark, Schlagsahne, durchgepreßte Knoblauchzehe,
gehackte Petersilie und gehackten Schnittlauch verrühren. Mit Salz und
Pfeffer würzen und mit Kresse anrichte.
