750 g Kartoffeln
1 Knoblauchzehe
Öl
Salz
Pfeffer
Muskatnuß
250 g Schlagsahne
50 g Butter oder Margarine

Kartoffeln schälen, waschen und in Hauchdünne Scheiben schneiden.
Knoblauchzehe abziehen und eine Gratinform damit ausreiben. Form mit Öl
ausstreichen. Kartoffeln einschichten und mit Salz, Pfeffer und geriebener
Muskatnuß würzen. Schlagsahne angießen. Butter oder Margarine in Flöckchen
darauf verteilen und im Backofen (E-Herd: 200Â°C; Gasherd: Stufe 3)
40-45 Minuten garen.
