500 g Pellkartoffeln
1 grüne Paprika
1 rote Paprika
1 gelbe Paprika
1 Zwiebel
1 Knoblauchzehe
250 g Rinderhackfleisch
3 tb Öl
Salz
Pfeffer
Paprikapulver
Cayennepfeffer
75 g schwarze Oliven
1 Topf abgezupfte
-Oreganoblätter

Pellkartoffeln abziehen und vierteln. Paprikaschoten putzen, waschen und in
Streifen schneiden. Zwiebel und Knoblauchzehe abziehen und fein würfeln.
Rinderhackfleisch in heißem Öl krümelig braten, mit Salz und Pfeffer
würzen. Kartoffeln, Paprika, Zwiebeln und Knoblauch zugeben. 10 Minuten
mitbraten. Mit Salz, Pfeffer, Paprikapulver und Cayennepfeffer würzen.
Schwarze entsteinte, abgetropfte Oliven und abgezupfte Oreganoblätter
unterheben.
