Kartoffel-Steinpilz-Gratin

Menge: 4 Portionen

25 g getrocknete Steinpilze
1/8 l Wasser
750 g Kartoffeln
3 Lauchzwiebeln
20 g Butter oder Margarine
250 ml Schlagsahne
Salz
Pfeffer
1 bn Petersilie
75 g gerieb. Parmesan

Getrocknete Steinpilze in lauwarmem Wasser einweichen. Kartoffeln schälen,
waschen, in Scheiben schneiden. Lauchzwiebeln putzen, wasche, kleinschneiden.
In heißer Butter andünsten. Schlagsahne und Pilzwasser angießen, aufkochen.
10 Minuten einkochen lassen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen. Pilze und gehackte
Petersilie unterrühren. Kartoffeln in eine gefettete Gratinform schichten.
Pilzsoße darüber verteilen, mit geriebenem Parmesan betreuen. Im Backofen
(E-Herd:200Â°C; Gasherd: Stufe 3) 40-45 Minuten garen.
