500 g Weißkohl
200 g geräucherter durchwachsener
-Speck
1 Zwiebel
1 tb Öl
2 tb Zucker
2 tb Weißweinessig
1/8 l Brühe
Salz
Pfeffer
Kümmel
1 l Wasser
1 ts Salz
1 ts Öl
250 g rote Bandnudeln

Kohl und Speck in Streifen, Zwiebel in Würfel schneiden. Öl
erhitzen, Speck und Zwiebel darin andünsten. Zucker dazugeben, kurz
karamelisieren, mit Essig und Brühe ablöschen. Kohl unterheben, mit
Salz, Pfeffer und Kümmel würzen. Kohl 40 bis 50 Minuten dünsten.
Wasser mit Salz und Öl ankochen, Nudeln hineingeben, umrühren, nach
Anweisung quellen lassen, abgießen. Nudeln unter den Kohl mischen.
