Lufa mit Mohnsamen

2 tb Mohnsamen; weiss
2 Frische gruene Chili
4 tb Oel
1/2 ts Calonje
2 Getr. rote Chili
900 g Lufa (Kuerbisart) geschaelt
- in 1 cm dicken Scheiben
1/2 ts Kurkuma
3/4 ts Salz

Die Mohnsamen und gruenen Chilis zu einer Paste vermahlen. Oel in einer
Karai (Wok) auf ziemlich hoher Stufe erhitzen und Calonje und rote
Chilis ein paar Sekunden darin zischen lassen. Lufastuecke, Kurkuma
und Salz dazugeben und ein paar Minuten ruehren. Zudecken, Die Hitze
auf mittlere Stufe reduzieren und alles etwa 10-15 Minuten garen. Die
Hitze steigern und die Mischung unter Ruehren braten, bis sie trocken
ist.
