Patate al forno - Ofenkartoffeln

600 g Kartoffeln
; Salz, Pfeffer
150 g Schinkenspeck; oder
-- Parmaschinken in Scheiben
Butter
75 ; Min. Zubereitungszeit

Backrohr auf 200GradC vorheizen.

Die Kartoffeln schaelen und in kleine Wuerfel schneiden. Eine
Auflaufform buttern und die Kartoffeln hineinschichten. Salzen,
pfeffern und mit Schinkenspeck bzw. Parmaschinken belegen. Ein paar
Butterflocken obenauf setzen.

Kartoffeln ins heisse Backrohr schieben und eine Stunde garen. Dabei
von Zeit zu Zeit umschichten.

Heiss servieren.
