Pellkartoffeln mit Gemüseragout

Menge: 4 Portionen

1 kg neue Kartoffeln
350 g Kohlrabi
350 g Möhren
1 Zwiebel
100 g Zuckerschoten
20 g Fett
250 g Schlagsahne
Salz
Pfeffer
Muskatnuß
1/2 bn Kerbel

Kartoffeln waschen, mit Schale 20 Minuten kochen. Kohlrabi und Möhren
schälen, waschen und kleinschneiden. Zwiebel abziehen, würfeln. Zuckerschoten
putzen, waschen. Zwiebel in heißem Fett andünsten. Gemüse zugeben.
Schlagsahne angießen, aufkochen und 12 Minuten garen. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und
Muskatnuß abschmecken. Gehackte Kerbelblättchen zugeben. Pellkartoffeln dazu
essen.
