500 Gramm Riesengarnelen
300 Gramm Möhren
300 Gramm Porree; 1 Stange
2 Rote Chilischoten
3 Knoblauchzehen
30 Gramm Inger
4 Esslöffel Sojasauce
4 Esslöffel Asiatische Fischsauce
1 Esslöffel Reisessig
1 Teelöffel Speisestärke
1 Esslöffel Öl
3 Esslöffel Sesamöl
2 Esslöffel Sesamsamen, geröstet

Frischer Grünkohl ist Bitter, deshalb müssen Sie ihn erst in klarem Wasser einmal aufkoche
lassen und das Wasser dann weg kippen !

Grünkohlblätter von den Strünken schneiden, gründlich waschen. In
siedendem Wasser 2 Minuten blanchieren. Abgießen und mit kaltem
Wasser abschrecken. Gut abtropfen lassen. Garnelen schälen und
entdarmen, abspülen und auf Küchenkrepp abtropfen lassen. Möhren
schälen, in feine Stifte schneiden. Porree putzen, waschen, in dünne
Ringe schneiden. Chilischoten halbieren, Kerne entfernen und in
Streifen schneiden. Knoblauch abziehen, Ingwer schälen, beides fein
würfeln. Mit Sojasauce, Reisessig, Fischsoße und Speisestärke
verrühren. Öl im Wok sehr heiß werden lassen. Garnelen darin unter
Rühren anbraten. Sesamöl und Möhren zugeben und 2 Minuten
pfannenrühren. Anschließend den Grünkohl und Porree unterheben und
weitere 2 Minuten pfannenrühren. Die vorbereitete Sojasaucenmischung
zugeben und mit Sesam bestreuen.
