1 mittl. Zwiebel, fein gehackt
1 Pk. (450 g) Tk-Erbsen
Salz
Pfeffer
6 Scheibe Fruehstuecksspeck,
- in duenne
- Streifen geschnitten
1 Spur Zucker

Speck und Zwiebeln verstaerken den Eigengeschmack der Erbsen.

Oel erhitzen und Zwiebeln goldbraun braten. Speck dazugeben
und bei mittlerer Hitze 10 Min. braten. Erbsen, Salz, Pfeffer
und Zucker dazu geben, bei schwacher Hitze weitere 10 Min. garen.
Sofort servieren.
