600 g Porree
1 sm Zwiebel
2 Eier
500 g geriebener Emmentaler
2 tb Oel
4 Knackwuerste
Salz
Pfeffer
Zucker
Muskat

Porree waschen, putzen und in Ringe schneiden. Zwiebel kleinhacken. Oel in
der Pfanne erhitzen und die Zwiebel und Porree glasig duensten. Wasser dazugebe
und 10 - 15 Minuten garen lassen. Eier verquirlen. Kaese und Gewuerze zugeben.
Knackwurst in Scheiben schneiden und auf den Porree legen und circa 5
Minuten garen. Danach Eiermasse darueber geben und 8 - 10 Minuten stocken
lassen.
