200 g Rosenkohl; geputzt
160 g Kartoffeln; geschaelt
; Salz
20 g gekochter Schinken
1 Ei; gew.-Kl. 3
75 ml Milch
; weisser Pfeffer
; Muskatnuss, gerieben

Rosenkohl und Kartoffeln waschen. Kartoffeln wuerfeln. Beides in Salzwasser
ca. 20 Minuten kochen.

Inzwischen Schinken in feine Streifen schneiden. Ei und Milch verquirlen und
mit Salz, Pfeffer und Muskat wuerzen.

Schinken in einer beschichteten Pfanne leicht anbraten. Rosenkohl und
Kartoffeln abgiessen, abtropfen lassen und in die Pfanne geben. Mit dem
Schinken mischen. Eiermilch ueber das Gemuese giessen und zugedeckt ca. 2 bis 3
Minuten stocken lassen. Auf einen Teller stuerzen und servieren.
