Röstkartoffeln in Aceto balsamico

Menge: 4 Portionen

1 kg kleine Kartoffeln
-(festkochend)
5 tb Aceto balsamico (ital.
-Würzessig)
1 ts Akazien- oder Rapshonig
-(evtl. mehr)
2 bn Basilikum
2 tb Öl
Salz
4 tb Olivenöl (kaltgepreßt)

Kartoffeln mit Schale kochen, pellen und abkühlen lassen. Würzessig
und Honig in einem Topf einige Minuten kochen lassen.
Basilikumblätter grob zerschneiden. Das Öl erhitzen, die Kartoffeln
darin auf großer Flamme goldbraun braten und salzen. Die Aceto-
Honig-Mischung dazugießen und die Kartoffeln darin schwenken.
Olivenöl und Basilikum untermischen und auf einer angewärmten
Platte servieren.
