2 1/2 kg Kartoffeln
3 Zwiebeln
1 Prise Salz
1 Prise Pfeffer
125 g Duerrfleisch
2 Stangen Lauch
Sauerrahm nach Bedarf
Suessrahm nach Bedarf
Butterfloeckchen nach Bedarf

Je nach Bedarf 4-5 Pfund rohe geriebene ausgedrueckte Kartoffeln, 2-3
Zwiebeln ebenfalls roh unterreiben; Salz, Pfeffer, 1-2 Stangen
kleingeschnittener Lauch, Sauer- und Suessrahm nach Bedarf; alles zu
einem zaehfluessigem Teig zusammenruehren.

In einem gusseisernen Topf 1/4 Pfund Duerrfleisch und Zwiebeln in
heissem Oel anroesten, den Teig hineingegeben, flachdruecken.
Butterfloeckchen aufsetzen, im Backofen bei ca. 200 GradC solange
lassen, bis sich eine schoene Kruste gebildet hat und der Teig innen
"durch" ist. Dazu einen gruenen Salat.
