100 g magerer Speck
50 g Creme fraiche
Zitronensaft
Petersilie

Gurken schaelen und in grosse Stuecke schneiden, Zwiebeln und Tomaten
wuerfeln, schmoren und mit Salz, Pfeffer, Fondor, Dill wuerzen.
mageren Speck wuerfeln - und auslassen, zu den Gurken geben, oefters
aufgiessen, abschmecken mit Creme fraiche, Zitronensaft, Petersilie.
Das Ganze mit Pellkartoffeln servieren.
