250 g Schinken; am Stueck
150 g Gruyere; gerieben
2 Eier
180 g Halbrahm

;Pfeffer

Biss fuer Biss ein Genuss: Der knackige Stangensellerie und der
Schinken erhalten die noetige Wuerze durch den sahnigen Gruyereguss.

Sellerie ruesten und in ca. 8 cm lange Stengel schneiden, Blaetter
fein hacken, zur Seite legen. Schinken in Wuerfel schneiden. Mit dem
Sellerie in einer Gratinform verteilen. Eier, Kaese und Rahm
verruehren, gehackte Blaetter zufuegen, wuerzen, ueber dem Gemuese
verteilen. Im 200 oC heissen Ofen 25 Minuten gratinieren.
