Spargel mit Kerbelsauce

1 kg Spargel
4 l Wasser
4 ts Salz
1/2 ts Zucker
1 tb Zitronensaft
1 tb Oel
1 Zwiebel
1 tb Mehl
1/4 l Bruehe
2 tb Creme fraiche
1 Bd. Kerbel
Salz
Pfeffer
750 g Kartoffeln

Spargel schaelen, Wasser mit Salz und Zucker zum Kochen bringen und
den Spargel ca. 10 Minuten darin garen, herausnehmen und abtropfen
lassen. Zwiebel schaelen, feinwuerfeln und in heissem Oel glasig
duensten. Mehl daruebergeben und Bruehe langsam zugiessen. Creme
fraiche zugeben, kleingeschnittenen Kerbel zufuegen. Mit Salz und
Pfeffer abschmecken.

Kartoffeln als Salz- oder Pellkartoffeln zubereiten.
