Fuer die Familie: Mikrowellenrezept

Spargel schmeckt aus der Mikrowelle besonders knackig. Mit wenig
Wasser und wenig Salz wird er schonend zubereitet und behaelt so
seinen zarten Eigengeschmack.

Spargel waschen, schaelen und die Enden abschneiden. Zitrone
auspressen. Den Zitronensaft mit etwas Salz, Muskat und Zucker
vermischen und mit Wasser zu 0,1 l auffuellen. Die Fluessigkeit in eine
flache Mikrowellenform geben und den Spargel darauflegen. Die Form
abdecken und den Spargel bei 600 Watt 15 Minuten vorgaren. Kraeuter
waschen, trockentupfen und feinhacken. Kaese mit einer Gabel
zerpfluecken. Mit Sauerrahm und Eiern in ein hohes Gefaess geben und mit
einem Puerierstab schaumig aufschlagen. Die Staerke vorsichtig
unterheben, dabei die gehackten Kraeuter, etwas Salz und Muskat in die
Creme einarbeiten. Die Creme ueber den Spargel giessen und 3 Minuten
bei 600 Watt fertig garen.

Tip:
Beim Spargelschaelen lieber etwas grosszuegiger schaelen, damit der
Spargelgeschmack nicht durch die Reste der holzigen Schale
beeintraechtigt wird. Am einfachsten schaelen Sie Spargel mit einem
Spargel- oder Sparschaeler. Geschaelt wird immer von der Spargelspitze
zum Ende der Spargelstange und zum Spargelende hin dicker als an der
Spitze. Mit der Messerspitze pruefen, ob die Enden holzig sind, dann
grosszuegig abschneiden.
