1 kg Spargel
; Wasser
Meersalz
Honig
1 kg Spinat
1 Zwiebel
1 tb Olivenoel; (hochwertiges!)
150 g Creme fraiche
Meersalz
Gekoernte Gemuesebruehe
Basilikum
Muskat
Hefeflocken; bei Bedarf

Spargel waschen, schaelen und in kochendem Salz-Honig-Wasser ca. 15
bis 20 Minuten garen.

Die Zwiebel kleinschneiden und im Oel anschmoren, den geputzten und
gewaschenen Spinat dazugeben und zusammenfallen lassen. Danach mit
einem Puerierstab kurz zerkleinern und mit den Gewuerzen und der Creme
fraiche abschmecken.

Den abgetropften Spargel auf eine heisse Platte legen und den Spargel
dekorativ darueber fliessen lassen.
