Spargel-Garnelenragout

Menge: 4 Portionen

800 g Spargel
200 g süße Sahne
4 tb Crème fraiche
100 ml trockener Weißwein
600 g geschälte Garnelen
-(Krabben),
roh oder gekocht
Salz
Zucker
1 bn Dill

Spargel in 2 cm lange Stücke schneiden und in siedendem Salzwasser 15-20
Min. knackig garen. Aus Sahne, Crème fraiche und Wein eine Soße zubereiten,
mit Salz und Zucker abschmecken. Spargelstücke und Garnelen hineingeben und
in der Soße einige Minuten ziehen lassen. Zum Schluß Dill darüber streuen.
Dazu passen breite grüne Nudeln.
