Muskat
Minze; gehackt
Zitronensaft

Tropfnassen Spinat in einem heissen, trockenen Topf zusammenfallen lassen.
Erdnussbutter mit Sahne gut verquirlen, nach und nach zum Spinat giessen.
Bei milder Hitze sachte ruehren, bis die Sauce cremig ist. Mit Salz,
Pfeffer, Muskat, Zitronensaft und Minze abschmecken.
