Tortilla mit Tomaten

2 Kartoffeln
4 Lauchzwiebeln
1 Ei
2 Tomaten
1 Gehackte Kräuter
1 Öl
Salz, Pfeffer
Magermilch

Eine Kartoffel in dünne Scheiben hobeln, die andere
grob raspeln und die Frühlingszwiebeln in Ringe schneiden.
Kartoffeln und Frühlingszwiebeln in etwas Öl in einer
beschichteten Pfanne garen und mit einer verquirlten Masse aus dem
Ei, Milch, gehackten Kräutern, Salz und Pfeffer übergießen.

Alles bei geschlossenem Deckel stocken lassen, auf einem flachen
Teller anrichten und mit den Tomatenscheiben garnieren.
