115 g Mageres Gehacktes
1 lg Zwiebel; gehackt
4 Knoblauchzehen; gehackt
1 Ei; geschlagen
1 tb Mehl
Salz
1 Pk. Cocosnusspulver
300 ml Wasser; (1)
600 ml Wasser; (2)
1 Limone; Saft
1 tb Curry; gemahlen
1 tb Wasser
Oel; zum Braten

1. Gewuerzmischung

1/4 ts Pfeffer
1/4 ts Cardamom; gemahlen
1/4 ts Nelken; gemahlen
1 ts Zimt; gemahlen
Salz

2. Gewuerzmischung(Im Moerse

7 Chillies
2 Cm Ingwer
1 ts Cummin Samen
1 ts Senf Koerner
1 sm Stueck Kurkuma; Gelbwurz
2 ts Coriander Samen


2/3 vom Cocosnusspulver mit Wasser (1) und 1/3 Cocosnusspulver mit Wasser
(2) vermischen (1. u. 2. "Santan")

In einer grossen Schuessel Kohl, Kartoffeln, Moehren, Fleisch, Zwiebeln,
Knoblauch, Ei, Mehl u. 1. Gewuerzmischung durcharbeiten.

Mit einem Essloeffel werden Baellchen geformt. Oel zum Fritieren bzw.
ausbraten erhitzen. Die Baellchen darin goldbraun braten. Gut abtropfen
lassen.

Oel aus Pfanne oder Wok entfernen. ca. 4 El. zuruecklassen. Die 2.
Gewuerzmischung und die Currymischung braten, bis ein roter Oelfilm auf der
Paste erscheint. Den 2. Santan langsam zugiessen und zum Kochen bringen.

Hitze reduzieren und die Gemuesebaellchen vorsichtig hineingeben. 5-8 Min.
koecheln lassen.

Nun wird der 1. Santan langsam, der Limonensaft und das Salz beigefuegt.
Alles langsam zum Kochen bringen, vorsichtig umruehren.

Heiss servieren. Reis passt gut dazu.

Unsere Tipps:
Curry entfaltet seinen guten Geschmack übrigens nur wenn Sie Ihn ordentlich Erhitzern und anrösten:
Schieben Sie dafür die Zutaten im Kochtopf am besten mit einem Kochlöffel an den Topfrand, geben
Sie den Curry in die Mitte und rösten Sie ihn bei großer Hitze unter gelegentlichem Rühren (nicht schwarz werden
lassen) 1 - 2 Minuten an. Danach vermischen Sie die Zutaten bitte wieder mit dem Kochlöffel und bereiten
sie Suppe weiter wie oben beschrieben zu. Wir verwenden übrigens immer Gewürzküche Madras Curry,
Grünes Laos Curry oder Curry-Pulver von Le Gusto aus dem Aldi (unbezahlte Werbung)!
