Rote u. gelbe Paprikaschoten
2 Zwiebeln
3 Knoblauchzehen
Oel
Paprikapulver
Rosmarin
Petrsilie
;Salz + Pfeffer
3 Pimentkoerner
Oregano

Zucchinis wuerfeln und vie Minuten blanchieren. Rote und gelbe
Paprikaschoten entkernen, in Streifen schneiden und ebenfalls 3 Min.
blanchieren. Die Zwiebeln in Ringe schneiden, die Knoblauchzehen fein
wuerfeln und beides in etwas Oel anschwitzen. Paprika und Zucchini zugeben
und zwei minuten zusammen schmoren. Wuerzen mit Oregano, Rosmarin,
Petersilie, Pfeffer und Salz; Nach Wunsch die im Moerser zerkleinerten
Pimentkoerner dazugeben.

Das essen wir pur, seltener als Beilage.
