400 g Zucchini
1/2 l ; Wasser
3 Eier
200 g Saure Sahne
;Salz, Pfeffer
;Muskatnuss
1/2 Bd. Petersilie
1/2 ts Oregano; feingehackt

Zucchini waschen, in 1 cm dicke Scheiben schneiden. Wasser aufkochen,
Zucchini darin 15 Min. kochen. Anschliessend gut abtropfen lassen.
In eine gefettete Auflaufform geben.

Sahne und Eier verquirlen, wuerzen und gehackte Petersilie und Oregano
zufuegen. Ueber die Zucchini verteilen. Im vorgeheizten Backofen bei
200 oC 20 Min. backen.
