Zucchinigratin im Haferbett

Menge: 2 Portionen

Fuer Das Haferbett:

150 g Hafer; grob geschrotet
1 ts Curry
300 ml ;Wasser
1 ts Gekoernte Gemuesebruehe
1 ts Getr. Thymian
1 ts Getr. Majoran
2 Knoblauchzehen
1 Prise Cayennepfeffer
150 g Tomaten
50 ml Trockener Rotwein

Fuer Den Belag:

500 g Zucchini; grob geraspelt
3 tb Parmesan

Fuer Den Guss:

50 g Gorgonzola
3 tb Creme fraiche
1 ts Schabziegerklee (Reformhaus)
1 Prise Cayennepfeffer
3 tb Parmesan
3 tb Kuerbiskerne

Den grob geschroteten Hafer mit dem Curry in einem Topf ohne Fett
roesten, bis er wuerzig duftet. Das Wasser und die gekoernte Gemuesebruehe
dazugeben. Aufkochen lassen und auf der ausgeschalteten Herdplatte
etwa 10 Minuten ziehen lassen. Die Tomaten in Wuerfel schneiden. Mit
den restlichen Zutaten unter den Hafer ruehren.

Eine Auflaufform leicht einfetten. Den Hafer darin verteilen und mit
dem Parmesan bestreuen.

Die grob geraspelte Zucchini direkt auf dem Hafer verteilen. Mit wenig
Cayennepfeffer bestreuen.

Den Gorgonzola mit der Creme fraiche und dem Schabziegerklee
verruehren. (Den Kaese evtl. leicht erwaermen) Auf den Zucchinis
verteilen. Den Parmesan darueberstreuen und zum Schluss die Kuerbiskerne
darauf geben.

Bei 200 Grad Celsius (Umluft) auf der mittleren Schiene ca. 20 Minuten
ueberbacken.

Unsere Tipps:
Curry entfaltet seinen guten Geschmack übrigens nur wenn Sie Ihn ordentlich Erhitzern und anrösten:
Schieben Sie dafür die Zutaten im Kochtopf am besten mit einem Kochlöffel an den Topfrand, geben
Sie den Curry in die Mitte und rösten Sie ihn bei großer Hitze unter gelegentlichem Rühren (nicht schwarz werden
lassen) 1 - 2 Minuten an. Danach vermischen Sie die Zutaten bitte wieder mit dem Kochlöffel und bereiten
sie Suppe weiter wie oben beschrieben zu. Wir verwenden übrigens immer Gewürzküche Madras Curry,
Grünes Laos Curry oder Curry-Pulver von Le Gusto aus dem Aldi (unbezahlte Werbung)!
